EMPLOYMENT: Must be employed with the same employer for the past 6 months.
INCOME: Total combined monthly-NET income (after monthly expenses) needs to be over 3 times (3x) the total monthly rent, (i.e. if total rent is $1,0O0/m X 3 = $3,000 Net Income/per month).
NO BANKRUPTCIES OR EVICTIONS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS, AND NO FELONIES.
I will collect photo ID's, paycheck stubs, employment contact info for work verification, and past rental history contact info. Must be able to verify all.
