Room for rent

We have a lovely guestroom that is now available to rent. We are situated near the I-215/35th South freeway entrances, the mall, and SLCC. The house is located on a quiet street where there's very limited traffic. You would be living with a very welcoming family of 4, 2 parents with 2 adult children. You'd have your own bedroom, but the rest of the house, excluding other bedrooms, would be considered communal. Communal rooms would include a full-sized kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, dining room, and sunroom. Visitors and guests of the renter would only be allowed at the discretion of the home owners and would never be allowed overnight nor without at least one homeowner present for the duration of the renter's guest's visit at any time. There is access to a washer and dryer which are free to use. And all utilities including internet will be included in the rent. There will also be ample street parking.
