This modern upstairs apartment is a massive 1700sqft with tons of storage and natural light! The highlights include a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, more cabinets than you can use, and a walk-in pantry; a large living room with large windows; three large bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms; a laundry room with a nice new washer and dryer set; three sets of hall closets and drawers; and my personal favorite, a wonderful master shower with two shower heads—you never have to share again! This is an excellent and convenient location by Valley Fair. There are multiple grocery stores nearby, including a Costco and many great Asian grocery stores for those who love to cook. The Green TRAX line and bus hub are also a short walk, and access to two freeway entrances is only a few minutes away. Two elementary schools are within walking distance (one is only a two-minute walk), and it is quite close to the SLCC Murray campus as well.
There is a huge variety of great dining and retail options right nearby. In n Out, Cafe Rio, Cupbop, Paik's Noodles, and Jimmy John's to name a few within walking distance. Multiple delicious Thai, Vietnamese, and Korean places nearby, Starbucks and Beans and Brews for coffee, and Donut Boy for excellent pastries. Planet Fitness is within walking distance if you need to work those delicious donuts off, and The Front climbing gym is bike-able or a short drive away.
The HVAC system and water heater were very recently replaced. Tenants will sign up for electric and gas while the rest of the utilities will be managed by me at a fee of $50. The utilities covered by this fee include water, sewer, garbage, & internet, which is nearly always 200Mbps+ WiFi/ 400Mbps+ wired. (The cost of utilities over the last year show that this will come out to an average of ~$200 a month, and this includes the $50 fee that covers water, sewer, garbage, & internet.)
An average credit score of 670+ is required between all lease signers, and rent must not exceed 40% of monthly income (combined income of about $4k+ per month). Background and credit checks will be conducted directly through Rentler for $45.
