It's recently remodeled, great neighbors, parking spot away from street. We own all 9 homes on the property so we're able to control a lot of what happens there to make sure you have great and enjoyable time here. That means we're very involved in and spend a lot of time make sure the people that live there are awesome!

Rent is normally $900 but we're discounting it now through October at just $825 because we just listed it!

However, the process is extremely slow. And by the time the inspections and paperwork are complete, the place is usually filled. You're welcome to apply but keep that in mind when applying.
