Building Move-In/Out Guidelines:
To ensure a seamless transition, please note the building's specific moving policies:
Scheduling: Moves must be coordinated with the Management Office in advance. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis (only one move permitted in the building at a time).
Time Slots: Available daily from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. No moves are permitted on holidays.
Fees & Deposits: A 72-hour notice is required along with a $300 one-time, non-refundable move-in fee and a $300 refundable security deposit to reserve the freight elevator and loading dock.
Logistics: All moves/deliveries must go through the loading dock; lobby moving is strictly prohibited. Residents are responsible for trash/box removal from the common areas post-move.
