You'll save hundreds on a campus parking pass. If you prefer to drive, there is off street parking included so you can leave your car without worrying about getting a ticket of being towed.

The house has a large living room/dining room for relaxing. There is a good sized kitchen with a breakfast bar. A washer and dryer are included so you can skip the trips to the laundromat.
