Occupancy Policy:
No more than 2 people per bedroom (8-person max including children)

12-month lease only. Showings will be set up once application is approved. Deposit due within 24 hours of showing. First month's rent due before move-in. Applications are valid for 30 days from time of submission. Approved applications are transferable to other properties we have available within the 30 day timeline.

Electric, trash pickup, lawn maintenance, propane and internet are tenants responsibility.
