These apartments feature a large living room with built-in bookcases, and large kitchen with a pantry, dishwasher and microwave. These apartments also include a dressing room and full bathroom. Each apartment has hardwood floors, balcony, mini-blinds, and a heat pump unit for heating and cooling. These two bedrooms are large enough for four people. Parking is by permit only on University Circle. Laundry facilities are located on-site.

A $170 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet, water/sewer, gas and trash collection. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $600 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.

There are two guaranteed on-street City of Charlottesville permits reserved.
