Our property is the last one reachable via the alley, so there will never be traffic back there. The driveway accommodates a smaller car. The cottage itself has vaulted ceilings, large windows, skylights, and nice light throughout. The kitchen is recently upgraded, including a nice gas range and vent hood. The cottage comes with an in-unit washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet. The yard is maintained as part of the rent. This unit is ideal for a working professional, a couple, or retirees. Cleanup immediately after pets use the yard is absolutely required, out of respect for other renters' use of the same yard. Landlord reserves the right to retract and cancel permission to keep pets in this Unit if in the landlords' judgment pets cause problems, damage, or pose threats to others. Many of our renters have kept pets and we've never had a problem, but we have to maintain this policy just in case some future pet turns out to be trouble. Thanks for understanding.</p>
