Occupancy Policy:
No more than 2 people per bedroom (2-person max including children)

Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, gas and lawn maintenance.

12-month lease only. Showings will be set up once application is approved. Deposit due within 24 hours of showing. First month's rent due before move-in. Applications are valid for 30 days from time of submission. Approved applications are transferable to other properties we have available within the 30 day timeline.
