At Charleston Townes, we live by our motto: “Live in Luxury!” Our 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom townhomes are 2,200 square feet, feature granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, two full-size washer and dryer rooms, stainless steel appliances and a large, private deck to host friend and family gatherings. The furniture package (including a queen-sized bed, nightstand, desk, and dresser in the bedrooms plus a 5-piece dining table set, 2 or 3-piece coffee table set, oversized chair and couch, and entertainment stand in the common areas) are available. All townhomes include a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The community itself is home to a sand volleyball court, JMU Duke Dog themed basketball court, 24/7 fitness center (Keep in mind that we also offer an insanely discounted Valley Fitness gym membership!), pool and full-service model home.
