We do allow pets (2 maximum), no breed restrictions, but we have a 75lb weight (total weight) limit and a $250 fee for the first pet and a $150 fee for the 2nd. There is an additional monthly pet fee of $25.

SHORT LEASE TERMS OFFERED AS FOLLOW – add the following percent to base rent:
- 8-10 months add 10%
- 6-7 months add 15%
- 4-5 month add 20%
- 3 month add 35%
