Thank you for your interest in our community. We have two-bedroom units ready for move-in now. The office is generally open Monday-Friday from 9:00-4:30 pm.

Please note the following information:

*Rent starts at $1095/month and includes trash service, electric service, basic cable, and water/sewer service (tenant pays electric)
*Credit score must be 600 or higher with no rental judgments/evictions within the past 5 years minimum (Credit score of 550 or higher may be accepted with a higher security deposit)
*Must make 3x monthly rent
*Application fee is $65/adult
*Security deposit is a minimum of 1.5 month's rent (dependent on credit response received)
*Applications can be completed online at krsholdings.com (select tenant application, then select Jasmin Cruz or Lisette Ramos-Benson as your leasing agent.
