This is a pet friendly community, with a 2 pet maximum, and a combined weight limit of 100lbs. There is a non-refundable one-time pet fee of $250 for 1 pet, and $400 for 2 pets, and monthly pet rent of $25 per month for 1 pet, and $40 per month for 2 pets.
