Our spacious studios, one and two bedroom, one bath apartments offers a convenient and comfortable living space for our residents. Enjoy the convenience of water, trash, and electric included in your rent, as well as a washer and dryer in your unit. Rental prices start at $1150.00

Take advantage of our large common area for guests to enjoy, as well as the beautifully maintained outside grounds with gardens for relaxation. Residents can also look forward to plenty of parking space and the option to have a small dog or cat with a non-refundable deposit and extra fee per month. With lots of activities available for residents to enjoy, our community is the perfect place to call home.


The Hilltop is for Active Adults 55+. No care or meal services provided
Pets: $250.00 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit and $25.00 monthly pet fee.
$75.00 monthly Cable TV, Internet, and Telephone (not optional)
Community area maintenance fee $35.00 per month.

INCOME CRITERIA:
There is an income criterion for our apartments so with your application we would need verification of:

Social security benefit letter
Retirement plan statement
Paycheck Subs (two pay periods)
Annuity statement(s)
Two months of checking and savings bank statements

Application fee is $45 per adult ( non-refundable). Anyone 18 and older who will reside at the home must fill out an application and apply. We review applicants credit history; we screen for past evictions; We verify income sources; We review previous landlord references; and we perform criminal background screenings.
