Enter through a shared front door into a common area on the first floor, where resident mailboxes are located. Continue upstairs to the second floor to find a shared balcony that stretches across the front of the building - perfect for enjoying some fresh air with a view of Elm Street below. Apartment 3's entrance is located here. Inside, a second staircase leads the way upstairs to the apartment's living room. To either side, you'll find the bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen offers great cabinet storage and there is space for a small dining table - pantry storage, too! The bedroom features a generous closet. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and vanity storage.

This apartment comes with ample parking and coin-operated laundry on site. Close to downtown Barre, there is access to local bus routes 89/80 City Commuter & City Route Mid-Day providing transportation to nearby Montpelier and Burlington.
