Rent includes all utilities — Heat, electricity, internet, AC, hot water, laundry, trash, storage, bike storage, fitness, and more. Applications work on a first come first serve basis, no waitlists. You must have an approved application prior to scheduling a showing.

Pets: We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog (no breed or weight restrictions!). There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and $500 refundable pet security deposit.

Parking: One off street parking spot is available for $75/month, a second vehicle may be considered and would be an additional $75/month.
