Our Champlain School Apartments are located in a sturdy historical building at 817 Pine Street in Burlington. The original three story elementary school building has been completely renovated, and many apartments have high ceilings and large windows. In addition to the main school house structure, there is an attached three story building on the property featuring both one and two bedroom apartments. We're well known for the care we take in maintaining our buildings, as we have five full time maintenance personnel on staff to ensure prompt attention to any problems.

This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is located in the addition and features many windows and an open floor plan. It comes equipped with a stove and refrigerator. Heat, water, on-site coin-op laundry machines, trash service and snow plowing are all provided and included in the rent. Parking is free in the lot directly behind the building. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and that no pets are allowed.

This building is located within the hip and happening arts district of Burlington known as the South End Arts & Business Area (SEABA). In addition to the local parks (Oak Ledge, baseball field) and Burlington's beautiful bike path, the past ten years a great variety of arts, dining and cultural institutions burst onto the scene.
