Gardenside Commons is a mixed-use commercial and apartment community located in Essex, Vermont. The commercial building is situated near the entrance of the property with multiple apartment buildings set privately in the back.

31-85 Griffin Lane includes twenty-four 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse styled apartments that are positioned around the perimeter.

Each of these two different apartment building types have a unique set of features and amenities.

Construction of the 100 Griffin Lane was completed in 2019, and construction of 31-85 Griffin Lane was completed in 2020.

One non-aggressive pet is allowed for each apartment along with a deposit, a monthly fee, and participation in a pet DNA program to discourage unwanted pet waste on the grounds.
