Units 3 and 4 have side by side doors in the middle of the building. Unit 3 is downstairs, and Unit 4 is upstairs. They have a similar layout except that Unit 4 has an enclosed sun room/ porch and direct access to the coin-op laundry room. They are slightly different from Units 1 and 2 in that the bathroom is in the middle of the hallway instead of at the end, and there is a small dining area.

Unit 3 has a larger deck than the other units, underneath Unit 4's sunroom. There is ample room for chairs and a table on this deck, and it has direct access to the backyard, boiler room, and laundry room up the stairs.

There are 2 parking spots per unit, and overflow parking in an adjoining parking area.

Utilities: the heat pump provides heat/AC and is electric. Each unit has its own electric meter, so you will pay your electric, and your Wifi/cable if you choose to set it up (Xfinity). Landlord covers trash/recycling, water, sewer, snow removal, and lawn care.
