Located on River Street in Montpelier, VT, this two story apartment is one of 4 units in the building. Enter through your own private first floor entrance. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout both upper and lower levels give the entire space a cozy feel. Spacious and bright kitchen with great cabinet storage and a glass cook-top oven. Both bedrooms upstairs are a good size and come with their own closets! You are also in a great location to take in everything Montpelier has to offer!

Pet-friendly! Up to 3 pets allowed with approval. Cats and dogs are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval.

Rental Criteria:

Income*: We require a minimum gross household income of 2.5x the rent amount. If working with a voucher program, we require a gross household income of 2.5x your portion of the rent.
Credit score*: Credit score of at least 600 from one of the applicants
Formal Rental History*: at least 1 year
Clear background check
Lease Length: All of our rentals are a 1 year lease term unless stated otherwise

*Should you not meet this criteria, you may be asked to get a cosigner. The cosigner needs to meet all of the criteria and qualify on their own.
