Secured front entrance with keypad entry. Residents are assigned a personalized code to enter the building.

Pet-friendly! Cats and small dogs (30 lbs or under) are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval.
