Off the kitchen and through the back door is access to the shared back yard area. Both upstairs bedrooms have great closets for storage. The whole apartment lets in the perfect amount of natural light thanks to its large windows. The bathroom features a full sized tub for the best relaxation around, with a linen closet to keep your toiletries organized! Off-street parking for one vehicle. All utilities included, with the exception of cable/wifi, which is optional. Resident may choose their own provider, if desired.

Rental Criteria:
Income Requirement: Gross income must be 2.5x–3x the monthly rent amount, or 2.5x–3x your portion of rent.
Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 from at least one applicant (or a qualified cosigner).
Credit & Background Check: All applicants over the age of 18 will be screened with a credit and background check.
Formal Rental History - at least 1 year (or a qualified cosigner).

Please note: Any cosigner must meet all rental criteria and qualify independently.
