Woodline Apartments is proud to be a part of the Rental Revolving Loan Fund (RRLF) through the Vermont Housing Finance Agency. This program is designed to help create and preserve housing for middle-income households. All applications will be processed with the Affordability Thresholds Matrix to ensure applicants do not surpass the income maximums. Documentation for all aspects of each applicant’s income will be required prior to approval.
