Screening: no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, need 3 years of rental history in good standings.

1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required income, cosigners accepted.

2. Security Deposit+ $250 holding fee (to be applied to security deposit on approval of move in)

3. $250 Non-Refundable "One Time" Cleaning Fee at Move-in

4. Indoor cats only (some restrictions apply)!! Non-refundable $250 deposit and $25/ month pet rent.

5. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage are billed to tenants based on number of occupants.
