This house is convenient to Crossroads Mall, Lake Hills Shopping Center, Evergreen Park, Lake Hills Greenbelt Park, Trader Joe's, Walmart, QFC, Fred Meyer, Public Library, Microsoft, BCC, and I90. With an in unit Washer and Dryer. The lower unit has use of the backyard. No smoking and small dogs with approval only. The pet fee is $65/month and they must be quiet, well-behaved, and non-destructive. Pets are subject to pet screening with a refundable $350 cat deposit or $500 dog deposit. Utilities are split with the upstairs unit based on the number of occupants.
