LEASE DETAILS: Rent is $2,300. Security Deposit $2,300. Lease Term is 1 yr. No smoking, no pets. ESAs approved with proper documentation. See ESA page on our website for more details. Tenants must have renters insurance for the lease term.

DEPOSITS, FEES, & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

1. To reserve a unit: tenants must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE holding fee, which is 25% of the security deposit.
2. Once the lease is signed: tenants pay the prorated first month's rent.
3. Prior to lease start date: tenants pay the remaining 75% of the security deposit and the non-refundable carpet cleaning and/or optional unit cleaning fee (if applicable).

CO-SIGNER APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 650+ credit score and verifiable monthly income that is 4x the tenant’s portion of the rent.
