Viking Vista Apartments are ideally located near Fairhaven, Sehome Village, Western Washington University, and a variety of local attractions. With approximately 765 square feet of living space, each apartment also offers a spacious private deck with scenic valley views. The building includes controlled access and on-site parking; two-bedroom units are eligible for two parking permits, issued on a first-come, first-served basis. High-speed internet is included in the rent, adding extra convenience for residents.

Tenants are responsible for electricity. A monthly utility fee of $50 per tenant covers water, sewer, and garbage services. Internet and landscaping are included in the rental price.
