The Iris Townhouse! - This unit is spacious- having over 1300 sq. ft. of living space.  It has a modern kitchen with beautiful Stainless-Steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a large side-by-side refrigerator with built-in ice maker.  Have an ice-cold drink on a hot summer day!   All the lighting is LED so no need to change bulbs often and energy efficient.  This Townhouse is well insulated and has an energy efficient heat pump to help keep your energy bill low.   The Living Rm., Dining Rm., Kitchen and 1/2 bath are downstairs and three bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs. One for the Master room and one shared.  The adjoining wall between units is built with sound dampening materials to keep noise to a minimum.  

Outside, the Iris Townhouse provides you with two private parking spots for your vehicles.  If you have more than 2 vehicles, additional parking space can be arranged in our overflow parking area.  Out the back door, a sidewalk runs the entire length of the building giving you easy access to the front and back of the Townhouse, and a great spot for Barbecuing and storing your bicycles.  Where do the kids play?  The city park is just around the corner within walking distance.  The Townhouse has a grassy area to the back with a chain-link fence to keep children corralled.  It also provides a great spot to hold that outdoor family barbecue.  Another non-fenced grassy area exists on the front side of the building.  If you are in need of exercise, the city has some very nice walking/jogging trails close by.  You can even ride your bikes on the trail.

Benton City is a small but steadily growing town.  A Subway shop and Dollar General are new additions to the town and the HACIENDA DEL SOL has great Mexican cuisine.  The city is nicely centered between the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick, Pasco) and the lower valley (Prosser, Grandview, Sunnyside).  If you have to commute to the Hanford Site, just head North for a pleasant drive along the Yakima River and you'll be onsite in about 30 minutes without the annoyance of congested traffic.
