1200 Sq ft 2 level furnished apt in building with shared walls. Queen bedroom upstairs + full bath. Propane fireplace in living room upstairs with bay view. Separate office upstairs with work chair\table and coffee station + sink. Full sized kitchen is downstairs. No option to bring your own furniture.
The ideal tenant is professional and quiet. Perfect spot for traveling nurse or remote IT worker. (Strong WiFi!) Normally this rents as a furnished AirBnB. But during the "off season" of 24\25, we wish to find a quiet resident who will stay 3 to 6 months. Due to sound transmission to other units we prefer to find a single person to rent with no dog. (Quiet cat is welcome.) Sound transmission happens *from* this unit *to* other units, but not the other way around. Other units are short-term rentals on AirBnB.
