This quiet, private RV spot is big enough for a 40 foot bus, and you can extend two slide-outs. Right beside you is a fenced in yard for the puppy(ies). And you can use the lawn chairs and propane firepit. Enjoy the sunsets and the beach access across the street.

The ideal tenant wants to spend a couple of months here through the off-season. Your motorhome, camper, or RV should be good-looking and well-maintained. You should have current tabs and insurance, plus another vehicle for getting around. (Public transport here is available but infrequent.)
