Landmarc welcomes you to your new home in beautiful Burien! At one of our studio homes, you will have convenient access to all of the modern suburban amenities Burien offers, with exceptionally easy commute and access to Tacoma and Seattle. Landmarc is situated near the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Landmarc is also located in close proximity to Burien Transit Center and Link Light Rail Station. The location offers ease of access to I5 and SR509 for commuting. Walk to parks, all of the restaurants, shops, and amenities in Downtown Burien.

The Landmarc community features a on-site parking for its residents, as well as on-site laundry. Your studio home will also come equipped with a stove and refrigerator!

Terms

1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.

2. Holding Fee $250.00 to be applied towards security deposit.

3. Refundable security deposit $1,000.00 *on approved credit* or up to one month's rent, or qualified co-signer.

4. Pets are allowed / Case-by-case basis. $300 deposit and $30 / monthly.

5. Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage depending on usage.

6. Parking available. Each resident will have one registered spot.
