2-bedrooms, 1-bath, 800 square feet unit. When you enter the unit, you walk into the kitchen or into the hall to the bedroom. There is also a living room and dining room. Close to schools and shopping in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet complex, nice and respectful tenants, 32 unit complex (twenty, 2 bedrooms; twelve, 1 bedrooms). We have a laundry room on the property. All of our units are non-smoking, but can smoke outside of unit 25 feet away from any window or door.

-We require that our applicants have verifiable consistent income for a minimum of one year
-We require at least 3 years good rental history, must be in the past 5 years
-No evictions or money owed to prior properties
-No late rent payments, must always pay on-time
