Applicants 18 and older must fill out rental application, have 600 or better credit score, and income of 2.5x the monthly rent. Rent is $1,400.00 per month with 12-month rental agreement and $1400.00 security deposit. $50.00 nonrefundable application fee per applicant. Renters pay for their own electricity. Water, sewer, and garbage is billed back to renter each month for $150.00. This amount also includes the gas that the owner pays for during the winter months for heating the baseboards, renters only have to pay for the electricity for the lights, appliances, etc.. that are used.
