5. Parking. One off street parking space available for $50.00 per month additional.
6. Pets on case-by-case basis with additional deposit and pet rent.

$55 non-refundable application fee paid to 3rd party by each 18+ year old applicant. Any application with unanswered questions or missing items will be considered incomplete and may not be submitted for review. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.
