It is within walking distance of Grand Avenue Park and many restaurants by the Everett Marina. The unit features laminate flooring throughout and updated cabinets. There are two closets in the unit for extra storage.

The unit shares a full-sized bathroom with 2 other studios. There are two sets of washer and dryers in the shared laundry room. The entire building, including your bathroom is professionally cleaned every two weeks.
