- $200 non-refundable deposit per pet + $50/month per pet.

Lease Details:
- Deposit: $1,250.
- Landlord Liability Insurance required: $15/month (if not provided).
- Credit Reporting: $8/month.
- Lease Length: 9-12 months.

Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 700 or higher (or above 670 with verified income of 3.5x monthly rent), no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years.
(Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)

We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
