Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage, which will be billed directly to their tenant ledger, and must set up electric service in their name. Each unit is eligible for up to two parking permits, with vehicle registration required through Landmark; parking is first-come, first-served, and please note that guest or overflow parking is not available

We welcome 2 Pets, max 50lbs at our property, and we're committed to keeping our community clean and enjoyable for everyone. That's why we use Poo Prints, a DNA-based pet waste management system. Upon move in all dogs are registered with Poo Prints and pay for a DNA test.
