We are offering one month free on the initial twelve-month lease. If the resident renews for a second twelve month term and is in good standing at the time of renewal, they will receive an additional one month free for the second lease term.

Our spacious 3-bedroom apartments come with 2 full bathrooms and include fully equipped kitchens, washers, dryers, high-end finishes, and air conditioning for your comfort. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants responsible for setting up electric into their name. Each unit is eligible for a maximum of 2 parking permits, but please note that vehicles must be registered with Landmark before receiving a permit. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we do not have guest or overflow parking available.

We welcome 2 Pets, max 50lbs at our property, and we're committed to keeping our community clean and enjoyable for everyone. That's why we use Poo Prints, a DNA-based pet waste management system. Upon move in all dogs are registered with Poo Prints and pay for a DNA test
