Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom apartments featuring 2 full bathrooms! Each unit is equipped with a modern kitchen, convenient washer and dryer, high-end finishes, and refreshing air conditioning. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage, which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants are responsible for setting up electricity in their name. Each unit is eligible for a maximum of 2 parking permits, but please note that vehicles must be registered with Landmark before receiving a permit. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and unfortunately, we do not have guest or overflow parking available.

We welcome 2 pets under 50lbs at our property, and we're committed to keeping our community clean and enjoyable for everyone. That's why we use Poo Prints, a DNA-based pet waste management system. Upon move in all dogs are registered with Poo Prints and pay for a DNA test.

Landmark requires the first month’s Rent and Deposit, and a Single $200 Administrative Fee (excluded from properties within the City of Bellingham & Ferndale limits) prior to move-in.
