There are LGBQT+ roommates, so acceptance is a must. We share house chores on an equitable basis. There is plenty of off-road parking. There are no nearby bus stops (sorry!) The first person who passes the application screening AND pays the Move-In/Membership Fee gets the room with commitment. Also, tell me where you found this advertisement.
