The island in the kitchen is on point to view the capitol dome. Kitchen has loads of cupboard space, with a SE facing view. One of the bedrooms is our biggest in the building. (Goal is to get it to a King size bed!) On suite washer / dryer and AC . Of course no carpet in the unit as well. IF you collect art, you might need a storage unit, almost all the walls are windows.
