Walk across the street to Chelsea Oyster Bar, The Bread Peddler and Sofie's Scoops Gelateria (we love the guilt-free sampling environment). In addition to these gems across the street from your home you can find what you need a short walk away at Olympia’s beloved farmers’ market.

Connecting you with fresh fish market, farmers market produce, restaurants, and the waterfront, walkability is the definition of the Market Flats location to work either in government, service industry, or our one of Olympia’s unique local businesses.

o Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months’ rent per pet all refundable if you are a good pet owner.

o Parking: $90.00 monthly through building if available-we only have 13 spots, so the first people to apply will have the first option OR parking thru the city (annually through the cityofolympia.org)
