o Application fee: $50.00 (non-refundable)
o Deposit: 1 months’ rent+ 25% due at approval process to secure unit. (Takes it off the market for

o Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months’ rent per pet all refundable if you are a good pet owner.
Monthly dog rent is $35. Monthly cat rent is $50
o Tenants pay water/sewer/garbage $120.00 (monthly)
o Parking: $90.00 monthly through building if available-we only have 13 spots, so the first people to apply will have the first option.
o MOTORCYCLE parking is available at $ 50.00 monthly.

o Proof of renters insurance required.
