This isn’t a new thing, but it’s definitely a new thing to Olympia. We’ve taken an old building built in 1925 completely remodeled the interior. There are Four floors of brand new construction which allows people to either work from one of the 11 available work studio units or chose one of the 18 apartment studios right in the heart of downtown Olympia.



The apartments range in size from 400 ft.² to 570 ft.² units and come equipped with a full kitchen, 1bath ,tall ceilings, Large windows to let in all the light, and No carpet in the units. Options in the kitchen range from eat in counter top to galley style kitchen area. All units designed with the large open concept floor plan. The building has an elevator and two stair cases for easy entrance into this locked building.

•No smoking
•12 month lease required
•Application fee: $50.00 (non refundable)
•Deposit: 1 months rent+ 25% due at approval process to secure unit. (take off market)
•Pet Friendly with deposit: 25% of 1 months rent per pet dog rent monthly is $35. Cat rent monthly is $50 a month.
•Tenants pay water/sewer/garbage $120.00 (monthly)
•Parking: $90.00 monthly through building if available OR (annually through the cityofolympia.org)
•Proof of renters insurance required
