There is room in the garage for a bicycle and/or motorcycle. If you have a car, it will only have street parking. The property is shared with the house next door, which also shares the garage for one car.

A cat OK on approval (needs to be adult, fixed and vaxxed). We use petscreening.com to evaluate. Additional refundable deposit. Pet fee would be $25/month, and refundable deposit would be $250.

Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). Owner to take care of gardening. Tenant to pay 25% of electric, water and trash, and is required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $12-20 per month. Tenant pays all of the propane, which is solely for the unit and is used for hot water, heat and the stove.
