These units are located on the third floor of Building E. Entering the apartment there is a coat closet on one side and the kitchen on the other. The kitchen comes equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. An island with a raised bar around the sink separates the kitchen from the living room. The bar seats 3-4 comfortably. A sliding glass door in the living room accesses the private deck and exterior storage closet. Decks face either north or south. Down the hall from the living room are both bedrooms, the bathroom, and laundry closet. A washer and dryer come with the apartment. The full size bathrooms come with a linen closet for added storage. Windows in the bedrooms face either north or south.
