These units are located on the first and third floor of Building E.

The three bedroom apartments in Building E are located on either end of the building and in the middle of the north side. These three bedroom apartments feature the largest patios and and the largest exterior storage closets. A sliding glass door from the living room accesses the deck area and adds additional light and view. A hallway runs down the center of the unit with the master bedroom at one end and the laundry closet, full bathroom, and other two bedrooms at the opposite end. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and shower. The window of the master bedroom looks out to the deck. The other two bedrooms are equal in size and have windows that look out either to the north or south. The kitchen is equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bar seating around the sink seats 3 easily. Apartments come with washer and dryer.
