The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments on the first and second floors of building A are oriented on the east and west ends of the building. A short hallway at the entry of the apartment contains a coat closet on one side and a laundry closet on the opposite side containing the washer and dryer. Continuing further into the apartment you reach the dining area and kitchen. To the north is a short hallway leading to two bedrooms with a bathroom located in between. One bedroom has a walk in closet, the other bedroom is slightly larger. Both bedrooms have north facing windows. The bathroom shared by these two bedrooms has a tub shower combination, formica counter tops and large cabinets for storage. The kitchen comes furnished with a range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A raised bar across from the sink sits 2-4. A sliding glass door off the living room accesses the private patio and exterior storage closet. The air conditioner is mounter in the wall next to the sliding glass door. The third bedroom is just off the living room and has an adjoining bathroom. This bathroom has a shower stall, formica counter tops, and under sink cabinets.
