- Security Deposit of one month’s rent and Last Month’s rent required.  The Security Deposit and Last Month’s rent can be pro-rated if necessary (over six months)

- Parking: Two assigned stalls included. One is located on the parking deck, third from the eastern wall, labeled “Godard.” The second is under the condos, accessible via the garage door on the west side of the building; it’s on the right side, immediately next to the unused boat trailer.
